Job description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of Estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), Tender and Estimations.
Resource Master
Negotiating costs with vendors to draw up bids for tender submission.
Take of quantities of area (civil, electrical and mechanical works from GFC drawings).
Preparation of rate analysis
Required :
Candidates with relevant interior fit outs knowledge and working on costing and estimation as per site requirements shared by Engineers
