Experience- Minimum 6 years

Salary - 40k - 50K

Job Responsibilities-

• Developing detailed cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects stay within the allocated financial parameters.
• Utilizing analytical tools and software to forecast costs, analyse data, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure accurate estimates
• Monitoring project costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to maintain cost control.
• Maintaining detailed records of cost estimates, assumptions, and any changes made during the project lifecycle.

Skills-

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and cost estimation techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on cost information.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using cost estimation software and other relevant computer systems.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualification-

Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical) or construction management
