Estimation engineer

1. Estimation Engineer – MEP

Location: Okhla Pocket F, New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in MEP Estimation (India-based Projects)

Job Description:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on Indian MEP project specifications.
• Analyze tender drawings and documents for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Float enquiries and evaluate quotes from Indian vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with in-house design and procurement teams for cost alignment.
• Maintain costing records and assist in tender documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Indian MEP market rates and vendors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical.
• Good understanding of IS codes and CPWD/DSIIDC standards preferred.
