Estimation Engineer/ Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Attending and generating enquiries, sending quotation, followup the submitted quotations and negotiations.
• Controlling the projects, coordination with client & site team. Plan and execute the order as per agreed delivery schedule.
• Managing the business, sales & finance. Preparing sales budget, technical reports and sales forecast.
• Defining the scope of work to my team and take the necessary actions to get the project done on time including recourses
• Handling customer specification, correspondence, customer feedback &customer complaints.
• To maintain Continuous Relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Architects and Project Management Consultants for their current and future projects to consider our brand as priority supplier/vendor for our kind of products so as to enhance business and also making plan for Seminars, Sales Meetings and Presentations for them.
• Product presentation and routine follow up with projects i.e end clients.
• Generating quotes from various consultants
• Pre-bid meeting with client / Architects to understand the exact technical scope of project and suggesting the modification (if any) to have the optimize solution for client
• Raising the Project information form to design and estimation department based on customer requirement /consultant drawing in order to get cost of project.
• Ensure submission of Technical & Commercial Offer on time.
• Timely updating the status of leads & enquires in system.
• Getting the drawings approved by client on time and entering the project in final detailing.
• Detail Technical Presentation and discussion with client
