Estimation Engineer

Role & responsibilities:-

• Expertly read and interpret fabrication, erection, and structural drawings
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material calculations from drawings.
• Prepare competitive quotations based on technical specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement for updated material and service costs.
• Ensure all estimates comply with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
• Liaise with engineering and production teams for technical clarifications

Preferred candidate

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Strong expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proven ability to prepare cost estimates and price quotations based on drawings.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication/construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
