Estimation Engineer

Role Overview: As an Estimation / Quotation Engineer, your main responsibility will be to prepare estimations for interior projects based on floor plans, 3D designs, and 2D production drawings. You will need to assess projects by reviewing architectural plans, designs, and client specifications to understand the scope of the project and its interior space requirements. Your role will also involve analyzing design documents and specifications to determine material quantities, types, and costs, as well as communicating with partners to discuss estimates, answer queries, and provide updates promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare estimations for interior projects based on floor plans, 3D designs, and 2D production drawings. - Evaluate the scope of projects by reviewing architectural plans, designs, and client specifications. - Analyze design documents and specifications to determine quantities, types, and costs of materials and services. - Communicate with partners to discuss estimates, answer questions, and provide updates promptly. - Address any concerns or changes requested by clients/partners in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. - 1-3 years of proven experience as an estimator or similar role in the interior design or construction industry, focusing on B2B projects.
