Estates Officer- Technical Services (TBS-EO-25) [Admin]

The British School is seeking to appoint a dedicated Estates Officer to support the Head of Operations in ensuring the effective maintenance and functioning of the school’s facilities. This role encompasses oversight of civil works, HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs, interior works, and both high-side and low-side routine operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all equipment in optimal condition, driving preventive maintenance, and maximising the performance of the FM technical team. A key focus will be on achieving zero breakdowns and promoting energy efficiency across the campus.The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically sound, and highly organised, with relevant experience in facilities management and technical operations.
