Additional Educational Needs Coordinator – Whole School We are currently seeking an experienced Whole School AEN Coordinator. The responsibilities include designing and delivering interventions with students in the classroom and implementing the school strategy. The AEN Coordinator will work closely with members of staff at all levels, will consult with and advise Key Stage Leads, form tutors, mainstream teachers, parents, the Head of AIM (Access Inclusion and Mentoring) and the Principals on opportunities for AEN development across the school. The candidate must be a qualified SEND teacher with a teaching qualification/degree from a reputed institution with specialisation in Special Education, preferably a Master's degree and experience of working with students with learning difficulties in a mainstream classroom. The candidate should be able to read and interpret psycho-educational reports and communicate effectively to parents and teachers.
