Estates Officer- Technical Services

The British School is looking for a dedicated Estates Officer to support the Head of Operations in maintaining and ensuring the effective functioning of the school's facilities. As an Estates Officer, you will oversee various aspects including civil works, HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs, interior works, and routine operations on both high-side and low-side. Your responsibilities will include keeping all equipment in optimal condition, driving preventive maintenance initiatives, and enhancing the performance of the FM technical team. A key objective will be to achieve zero breakdowns and promote energy efficiency throughout the campus. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, possess strong technical skills, and have excellent organizational abilities. Relevant experience in facilities management and technical operations is required, with a preference for individuals who have worked in managing infrastructure within an educational or institutional environment.
