As the Estate Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and improvement of all estate properties in Noida. Your main goal will be to maintain a high standard of maintenance and safety across all estate facilities and infrastructure. This will involve managing maintenance teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all properties are in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include overseeing routine maintenance of estate buildings, gardens, landscapes, roads, and utilities. You will need to ensure timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues, as well as develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule. Additionally, you will be supervising maintenance staff, hiring and training personnel, and liaising with contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs and improvements. Budgeting and cost control will be a crucial part of your role, as you will be preparing and managing maintenance budgets, tracking expenses, and negotiating contracts for services and supplies. Safety and compliance will also be a priority, with responsibilities including ensuring all maintenance activities comply with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining records of inspections and repairs. In terms of facility and equipment management, you will be monitoring and maintaining estate infrastructure, overseeing the upkeep of vehicles and machinery, and ensuring proper waste management and recycling procedures. You will also need to respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, handle tenant requests efficiently, and implement necessary safety measures. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in property or estate maintenance management. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping will be essential, as well as experience managing teams and working with contractors. Budgeting, cost management skills, and proficiency in maintenance management software will be advantageous.
