Description
You will be working as an ESRI Solution Architect based in Hyderabad with a willingness to travel and work onsite as required. Your main responsibility will be to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of GIS solutions using ESRI technologies. With at least 10 years of experience, you will focus on migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network models and integrating ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient GIS solutions will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of ESRI-based GIS solutions, particularly focusing on ArcGIS Pro and related components to ensure high-quality architecture and adherence to client requirements. - Manage the migration process from Geometric Network to the Utility Network model with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. - Work closely with ESRI to troubleshoot issues, optimize GIS solutions, and tailor them to the organization's needs. - Replace custom solution components with out-of-the-box ESRI capabilities to drive efficiency and reduce complexity in solution design. - Manage integration of ESRI GIS with enterprise applications like SAP and third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. - Build and lead a high-performing team of GIS professionals to ensure successful project delivery. - Cultivate strong client relationships, act as the main technical contact for ESRI solutions, and maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust. - Willingness to travel as needed and work onsite to engage with clients and support project delivery. Key Qualifications: - At least 10+ years of hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and related solution components. - Deep understanding of ESRI solutions, especially in migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network models. - Proven experience in leading architecture and design efforts for large-scale GIS solutions. - Strong background in integrating ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications. - Experience in managing partnerships and client relationships, focusing on delivering value and maintaining trust. - Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and grow a team of GIS professionals, with excellent networking and leadership skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs and project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: - ESRI certifications such as ESRI Certified Professional or relevant GIS certifications. - Prior hands-on experience with the ESRI Utility Network and its implementation in a production environment. - Familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions like ArcGIS Online, Azure, and AWS.
