ESRI Solution Architect for Utility network

As an ESRI Solution Architect, your role involves leading the design, architecture, and implementation of GIS solutions using ESRI technologies. With at least 10 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and related components, you will be responsible for migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network models and integrating ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders will ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and efficient GIS solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and implementation of ESRI-based GIS solutions, focusing on ArcGIS Pro and related components, ensuring best practices and adherence to client requirements. - Manage the migration process from Geometric Network to the Utility Network model, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption. - Work closely with ESRI to leverage their platform, troubleshoot issues, and optimize GIS solutions tailored to organizational needs. - Leverage ESRI capabilities to replace custom solution components, driving efficiency and reducing complexity in solution design. - Manage integration of ESRI GIS with other enterprise applications, particularly SAP and third-party tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Build and lead a high-performing team of GIS professionals, fostering collaboration and growth for successful project delivery. - Cultivate strong client relationships, act as the main technical point of contact, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Willingness to travel and work onsite as required to engage with clients and support project delivery. **Key Qualifications:** - At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and related solution components. - Deep understanding of ESRI solutions, especially in the migration from Geometric Network to Utility Network models. - Proven experience in leading architecture and design efforts for large-scale GIS solutions. - Strong background in integrating ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications. - Experience in managing partnerships and client relationships, focusing on delivering value and maintaining client trust. - Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and grow a team of GIS professionals with excellent networking and leadership capabilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs and project requirements. *Note: Preferred qualifications include ESRI certifications, hands-on experience with Utility Network, and familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions.*,
