Job Description: As an ESRI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of GIS solutions utilizing ESRI technologies. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and related components, you will oversee the migration from Geometric Network to Utility Network models and integrate ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient GIS solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing ESRI-based GIS solutions, managing the migration process to the Utility Network model, collaborating closely with ESRI for platform optimization, customizing and optimizing solutions, integrating ESRI GIS with enterprise applications, leading a team of GIS professionals, managing client relationships, and being willing to travel and work onsite as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and related components, a deep understanding of ESRI solutions, prior experience in architecture roles, strong integration skills, client management experience, team leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
