ESM Manager (Environment, Safety & Management)

• Develop, implement, and monitor Environment, Safety & Management (ESM) systems in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards.
• Lead the preparation and implementation of HSE Plans, Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and Waste Management Plans and Aspect Impact Register.
• Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all project activities.
• Monitor, audit, and inspect work activities to ensure safe practices and environmental sustainability.
• Drive incident/accident investigation and ensure timely reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Organize and lead mock drills, emergency preparedness, and response plans (fire, medical, evacuation, chemical, heat stress, etc.).
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, statutory bodies, and client representatives on ESM matters.
• Promote a strong safety and environmental culture across the organization.
• Maintain and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to ESM performance.
• Manage waste minimization, water conservation, and pollution control projects.

• Expertise in incident investigation and risk management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ESM reporting tools.
• Experience in sustainability, environmental protection, and resource optimization.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. /M.sc In Environmental Science/ B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Environmental)
• Additional certification in NEBOSH / IOSH / EMS preferred

Work Experience:

810 ears in Construction / Infrastructure / O&M projects with proven leadership in ESM / HSE Management.
