ESM Analytics & Insights Manager

As the Analytics & Insights Manager at ESM, you will play a crucial role in delivering reliable business intelligence and data analysis services to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the data management and reporting architecture in collaboration with IT and ESM functions, ensuring that internal and external data sources are effectively utilized for analytics to generate key reports tracking KPI performance. You will leverage statistical, machine learning, and AI methodologies to manipulate and analyze data, develop advanced modeling algorithms, present insights derived from data analysis, and articulate the implications of such insights. Your key responsibilities will include developing an Analytics & Insights plan aligned with organizational objectives, analyzing and reporting performance metrics, managing KPIs for ESM, providing data analysis for strategic decision-making, representing ESM in data management forums, and designing data engineering methods to collect and integrate data for reporting and analysis activities. Additionally, you will support KPI improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of tools and best practices in analytics, and engage in knowledge sharing within the team. To excel in this role, you should possess a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Statistics, Economics, Math, or Finance, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office, business intelligence tools, and database management is essential. You should also have experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Finance, along with familiarity with systems like SAP ERP and Ariba. Skills in Data Science modeling, visualization, data manipulation, and reporting are key requirements, enabling you to collect, analyze, and visualize data from diverse sources to address business challenges and monitor performance. Desirable qualifications include a post-graduate degree in advanced analytics or computing, experience with analytical software and dashboarding tools such as SAP Analytics in the Cloud, Qlik Sense, or Power BI, and a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and metrics.
