This is your role: Responsible for sustainability business growth of the Southern region through Energy Services & Smart Mechanical Services complemented with Digitalization & Analytics. You are an Engineering Sales professional with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar domain. Domain Knowledge in HVAC, Automation, Energy Estimation is preferable. A strong understanding of building systems such as Building Automation, HVAC, Building Codes, IoT, Cloud offering & Industry 4.0 will be an added advantage. You understand the components and operation methods of technical assets in buildings such as Air Handling Units, Water and Air-cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Pumps, AHU, and Air/Water Distribution systems from a building controls perspective. You make suitable solution preparation & consultation towards the sustainable journey. Inspire our customers to leverage digital technology and new innovative approaches to make buildings more sustainable, understand & meet their ESG Goals. Convince our customers that we are the ideal partner throughout their digital transformation journey towards the sustainable journey. Identify, reach, and engage key decision-makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events. Provide an accurate and current view of account penetration, sales performance, and customer satisfaction including the health of the funnel/pipeline. Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources. You have a proven track record and technology expertise to drive solutions and services around Energy & Asset performance services, Predictive Maintenance analytics, System performance monitoring & reporting, and Building Performance optimization. Job Requirements We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager ESG Strategy to lead and manage sustainability initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing corporate sustainability programs that align with the companys environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, an ability to drive strategic initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Program Development, Execution & Project Management: Finetune the sustainability strategy for the company and for the business divisions that aligns with the companys mission, vision, and ESG goals. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate sustainability programs across all business units. Manage and track the execution of sustainability projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainability initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, marketing, operations, HR) to integrate sustainability into business practices and decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, sustainability experts, and vendors to co-create and enhance sustainability programs. Reporting & Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to sustainability metrics (e.g., energy use, waste reduction, carbon footprint, water consumption) Prepare periodic dashboards for circulation to key stakeholders sensitize the leadership and the wider organization on the urgency of ESG implementation Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports for internal and external audiences, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sustainability programs, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly. Aid Employee Engagement & Education: In sync with the capability building pillar, co-create sustainability awareness campaigns and training programs to engage employees Foster a culture of sustainability by encouraging employee participation in sustainability initiatives within the divisions and promoting best practices across the company. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company stays abreast of regulatory standards related to sustainability, including environmental regulations and certifications. Identify and highlight risks associated with sustainability, and develop risk mitigation strategies as needed Work Experience Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in corporate sustainability, environmental management, or related fields. Management Trainee profiles will also be considered Proven experience in program or project management with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability metrics, and best practices. Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sustainability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams. Project management expertise with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale sustainability programs. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Magnesium Project located in Bhuj will play a crucial role in spearheading the development, scale-up, and commercialization of the project. Your primary responsibility will involve shaping the technology strategy, overseeing process development, managing cross-functional technology teams, and ensuring alignment with the Company's long-term objectives in Magnesium metals. Your role necessitates possessing profound technical expertise in non-ferrous metal processing, preferably in magnesium, aluminum, copper, or zinc. You should also have experience in chemical process design and digital transformation within a manufacturing setting. It will be crucial for you to define and execute a technology roadmap that is in line with the Company's business and sustainability strategy for metals and minerals. In terms of process development and commercial scale-up, you will be leading the end-to-end process for MgCl separation and electrolytic reduction of magnesium metal. This will involve overseeing lab-scale, pilot plant, and commercial-scale process design, validation, optimization, and commissioning while ensuring compliance with metallurgical and environmental standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology transfer from R&D partners to plant operations, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams, and resolving technical challenges during the various stages of production. Your role will also involve championing smart manufacturing initiatives using Industry 4.0 tools, integrating plant-level control systems for real-time monitoring, driving digitization efforts, and promoting sustainable technologies. Collaborating with internal and external R&D teams to develop new magnesium alloys, process improvements, and value-added products will be a key aspect of your role. You will also focus on sustainability, compliance, and safety by driving the adoption of green and circular economy technologies, ensuring regulatory and environmental standards are met, and collaborating with external agencies for clearances. As a leader, you will be required to build and lead a multidisciplinary technology team, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and identify and develop future technology leaders within the organization. Key competencies that we are looking for include managing stakeholder relations, leading and developing people, managing change, strategic planning, problem-solving, and teamwork. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in metals or chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Hands-on experience in non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium, and global exposure in technology licensing, joint ventures, or M&A integrations would be desirable for this role.,
