ESG - Executive / ESG - Senior Executive

As an experienced professional in the field of ESG data ratings and research, you will play a crucial role in our team by collecting, standardizing, and validating data metrics and documents from various departments. Your strong understanding of ESG ideas, research methodology, and trends will be essential in accurately processing and applying financial and ESG data to our database guidelines to prepare the ESG Report. You will be responsible for achieving individual and team targets with a focus on quality and efficiency, working on ESG assessments like CDP and Eco Vadis, and collaborating with teammates to identify challenges and propose solutions. Additionally, you will collect spend details, prepare supplier diversity quarterly reports, and update relevant portals while collaborating with stakeholders to develop content related to ESG. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, along with 2 to 4+ years of prior experience in ESG data ratings and research. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Your ability to comprehend documentation like annual reports, sustainability reports, and company policies, as well as strong research and analytical skills, will be critical. Demonstrating multitasking and teamwork skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and meet deadlines, along with effective written and oral presentation skills will set you up for success.
