Escalations Specialist

You will be working as an Escalations Specialist at IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru, and will be reporting to the Customer Success Manager. Your primary role will involve joining the Escalations Team to effectively manage customer concerns, employ appropriate retention strategies, and build positive relationships during the resolution process. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure swift and efficient issue resolution. Taking full ownership of customer concerns, tracking their progress, and providing follow-up until a satisfactory resolution is achieved will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly and effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders. Prior experience in handling customer escalations is mandatory, along with a sound understanding of the products and services offered by the company to deliver accurate and effective solutions to customers. While not mandatory, familiarity with Salesforce will be considered beneficial. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support and Escalations Handling. Furthermore, you should hold a graduate degree in any field and demonstrate a strong inclination towards providing exceptional customer service.,
