Senior Salesforce Developer - Roles, Responsibilities & KPIs Role Details

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years

Key Skills: Salesforce Admin, Apex, LWC, Integrations, Mulesoft

Roles and Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Customization
    • Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
    • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules.
    • Develop Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Build and maintain reusable, responsive components.
    • Integrate LWC with Apex and external APIs.
Integration & Middleware
    • Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Implement and maintain Mulesoft APIs for seamless connectivity.
Salesforce Administration
    • Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings.
    • Perform data migrations and system health checks.
Individual Contribution & Ownership
    • Independently handle tasks from requirement gathering to deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Documentation & Best Practices
    • Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.
    • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
