ERP Trainee

As an ERP Trainer, you play a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation and utilization of ERP systems within an organization. Your responsibilities include: - Implementing the ERP software at the client site on time as per the approved plan. - Providing training and support to users at the client site to enable them to work independently on the system without support and effectively use the software. - Entering client data in the software, generating reports for clients, transferring data, reconciling the data, and ensuring the accuracy of reports. - Offering functional support to users, addressing client queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Ensuring timely implementation of projects within the set timelines and guaranteeing project profitability. - Initiating work on a project only after receiving a written approved plan from the Delivery Head. Timely raising an alarm if the plan deviates from the schedule to enable corrective actions. - Conducting Kick-Off Meetings at Client Site, planning and presenting the implementation cycle and plan to the client team, and obtaining approval before commencing the project on any site. - Providing Online Demo & support, assisting the sales team in giving product demos during pitches. - Ensuring Complete Sign Off from the site with client satisfaction feedback, ensuring user satisfaction and collecting written feedback. - Taking ownership of the site concerning software usage, timely implementation, user training, and satisfaction. - Upselling and cross-selling, generating sales references from users, and upselling additional modules to customers. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in B.Com, B.Sc.-IT/BCA/MCA/B. Tech CS/IT/BE/Civil. - Strong written and spoken communication skills. - Willingness to visit client sites for implementation and support. - Ideally belonging from Delhi NCR and having own conveyance will be preferred. - Interest in signing a term bond of 2 years with the company. - Must have a personal laptop for work.,
