ERP TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, setting up, and deploying ERP systems to meet specific business requirements. Additionally, you will create custom modules, scripts, and reports to enhance ERP functionality, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, set up, and deploy ERP systems to meet specific business requirements. - Create custom modules, scripts, and reports to enhance ERP functionality. - Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business applications and existing systems. - Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues within the ERP system, providing ongoing support to users. - Analyze business workflows and processes to optimize them through ERP software. - Maintain data integrity, security, and accuracy across the ERP system. - Collaborate with various departments and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in system design and implementation, preferably with ERP systems. - Strong knowledge of customization and development within ERP systems. - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support. - Understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize them through ERP software. - Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.
