Job Description :-
To implement the products for the customers. This role includes:-
1. Demonstrating the functionality of the software products to the customer/ prospect.
2. Understanding and mapping the business process and requirements of the customer with the product feature.
3. Collection and importing of master data of items, customers, vendors, chart of accounts, Bill of Materials, users and other related data in the software products.
4. Configuration and preparation of the software products.
5. Training of the users of the customer on different modules of the products.
6. Installation of client and server software for the client as required.
7. Uploading and entering opening balances in the products.
8. Support to the users of the customer.
9. Provide technical and operational support.
10. Run workshops and webinars with clients to promote the product and give training and demos to the customer.
11. Research, evaluate and implement existing applications and/or customized solutions for the client.
Experience in any SaaS / ERP would be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
