ERP Software Analyst

As an ERP Software Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in the project sector domain & distributorship model. Your responsibilities will include: - Having sound knowledge of the software development life cycle [SDLC] flow - Communicating with stakeholders regularly for requirement gathering for software development and analysis - Utilizing SQL database support and having experience in c# and .net programming languages will be an added advantage - Possessing problem-solving skills for functional or technical issues - Demonstrating strong analysis skills for technical or functional aspects - Having knowledge of functional testing will be beneficial - Researching, resolving, and responding to complex system/process related issues within our ERP suite of hardware/software products - Providing business systems analysis and process redesign expertise in the business areas, including analysis and redesign of ERP functions and processes - Proactively analyzing existing applications and systems to identify value-added modifications and enhancements - Ensuring projects remain on track by tracking activities, resolving problems, and recommending actions - Conducting training for end-users in the developed model - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT Management - Having a good understanding of systems architectures such as client-server and web-based systems - Being willing to learn and having an open mind to new concepts and ideas Your qualifications should include a BE-Computer/IT, BCS, or MCS degree.
