ERP Software Analyst

As an ERP Software Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing your skills and knowledge to contribute to the project sector domain and distributorship model. You should possess a sound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) flow and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and software development analysis. Having experience in SQL database support, as well as familiarity with C# and .NET programming languages, would be advantageous for this role. Problem-solving skills, both functionally and technically, are essential, along with the ability to analyze technical and functional aspects proficiently. Additionally, possessing knowledge of functional testing would be beneficial. Your responsibilities will include researching, resolving, and responding to complex system/process-related issues within our ERP suite of hardware/software products. You will also provide expertise in business systems analysis and process redesign within the designated business areas, analyzing existing applications for potential modifications and enhancements. To ensure project success, you will track activities, resolve issues, provide progress reports, and recommend actions as needed. You will also be required to offer training to end-users on the developed model and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT management. A solid understanding of systems architectures such as client-server and web-based systems is essential for this role. Moreover, a willingness to learn and embrace new concepts and ideas will be highly valued in our dynamic work environment.
