Job Summary:
The ERP Senior Executive will be responsible for supporting the implementation, Data management for the implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP systems. The role involves working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure system effectiveness and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and maintenance of the ERP system.
Act as the first line of support for ERP users across departments.
Assist in user training, documentation, and system troubleshooting.
Coordinate with ERP vendors for system updates, bug fixes, and improvements.
Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based automation or enhancements.
Maintain ERP master data accuracy and security protocols.
Generate reports and dashboards from the ERP system as required by departments.
Monitor ERP performance, data integrity, and backup processes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
23 years of experience in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL is a plus.
