As an experienced ERP Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving multi-crore targets in a senior, quota-carrying role. Your deep understanding of ERP systems and various business processes, including Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, will be instrumental in your success. You should leverage your strong network of decision-makers and influencers, such as CXOs, CFOs, and CIOs, within the assigned region. Your exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills will be crucial for building and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive ERP sales and exceed multi-crore sales targets - Utilize your expertise in ERP systems and end-to-end business processes - Leverage your network of decision-makers and influencers in the region - Conduct consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management - Take ownership of revenue responsibilities and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset - Communicate effectively with stakeholders using excellent verbal and written skills Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in ERP sales with a minimum of 3 years in a senior, quota-carrying role - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets - Deep understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes - Strong network of decision-makers and influencers in the assigned region - Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of revenue responsibilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus Note: The job type for this position is permanent.
