ERP Manager - POS & E-commerce

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centralized ERP, POS, warehouse, and e-commerce systems across the multi-store grocery chain. Your role will involve conducting research to evaluate and recommend scalable, cost-effective retail technologies that align with the growing business needs. - Manage and maintain ERP and POS systems across stores, warehouse, and e-commerce. - Ensure stable integration between systems (inventory, billing, orders, pricing). - Handle system backups, updates, security protocols, and performance monitoring. - Create/manage user accounts with role-based access. - Enforce data and security policies based on user roles. - Provide technical support and training to users across departments. - Ensure seamless flow of data between ERP and WMS. - Monitor inventory sync across stores, warehouse, and e-commerce channels. - Oversee ERP-ecommerce integration (order flow, pricing, stock). - Conduct in-depth research on new ERP, POS, and E-commerce platforms and tools. - Analyze scalability, cost-effectiveness, integration capabilities, and vendor support. - Create detailed evaluation reports and recommend tools aligned with business goals. - Lead the testing and pilot implementation of new systems or modules. - Generate business and operational reports from ERP/POS. - Identify and implement process improvements through system optimizations. - Work with stakeholders to customize workflows or reports as per business requirements. You should have 3-5 years of experience in ERP/POS administration, preferably in retail/FMCG. Experience in evaluating or migrating ERP/POS systems is required. Hands-on experience with retail platforms like Odoo, Tally, SAP B1, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho, or similar is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business operations in retail and warehouse logistics are necessary.
