KEY RESPONSBLITIES:
Administer and maintain Odoo ERP and CRM platforms across various modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
Configure and customize Odoo based on evolving business needs.
Manage user access rights, roles, and permissions.
Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot functional or technical issues.
Coordinate with developers on custom module development and integrations.
Perform system upgrades, backups, and data migrations.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
