Job Description

Provide hands-on support and training to non-tech-savvy staff. Document issues, feedback, and updates for each module. Ensure basic data integrity, usability, and process alignment. Create checklists, SOPs, and practical user manuals where needed.

Required Candidate profile

5+ years of ERP implementation or functional consultant experience. Strong understanding of at least two modules: Production, Purchase, Sales, Finance. On-ground experience managing non-tech users
