ERP Implementation Executive

Your role as a customer relationship executive will involve engaging with key clients to establish and maintain trusting relationships. It is essential for you to be strategic and analytical in problem-solving to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and nurture business relationships with clients by offering prompt and accurate service to enhance customer loyalty. - Provide effective client support and manage communications with clients. - Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests. - Conduct professional client feedback calls on a regular basis. - Update customer information in the service database during and after interactions. - Uphold a high level of professionalism with clients, aiming to build positive relationships. - Resolve product or service issues by understanding the customer's concerns, identifying the root cause, and providing suitable solutions. - Deliver precise and comprehensive information through appropriate methods and tools. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication skills, including active listening and patience for effective customer interactions. - Proficiency in Hindi and English communication. - Familiarity with customer service principles and practices. - Ability to maintain composure and patience in dealing with customers. - Professionalism and discretion in handling client interactions. - Working knowledge of Excel and Word. - Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of customer support experience.
