Job Description

Role Overview: As a Support Specialist for Odoo ERP, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level support to users by handling incoming support requests, addressing issues, and resolving them promptly. You will also be assisting in configuring Odoo modules according to user requirements and business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, identifying and resolving bugs, and maintaining proper documentation of issues and best practices for future reference. Your role will also involve conducting user training sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring system performance, assisting in system upgrades and testing, and providing technical assistance to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support by handling incoming support requests related to Odoo ERP - Assist in configuring Odoo modules according to user needs and business requirements - Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users - Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference - Conduct training sessions to ensure users understand how to effectively use the software - Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to identify root causes of issues and ensure continuous improvements - Regularly monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and suggest enhancements for better user experience - Assist in system upgrades, module updates, and testing of new features - Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and functional guidance as needed - Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience in providing support for Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training will be an added advantage Role Overview: As a Support Specialist for Odoo ERP, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level support to users by handling incoming support requests, addressing issues, and resolving them promptly.
