ERP Functional consultant / Business Analyst

Role Overview: As an ERP Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with customers to gather and validate their business requirements and align them with Odoo ERP functionalities. You will also be involved in conducting training sessions, delivering demos, and providing project updates to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct demonstrations for both existing and potential clients. - Create solution designs and guide clients through the implementation and support phases. - Assess customers' business needs and objectives and translate them into effective company processes and solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes. - Generate detailed scopes of work (SOW) based on personalized sessions with customers during the pre-sales phase. - Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers. - Engage with key end-users and business owners to align applications with standard business processes and perform gap analysis. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation. - Proficiency in Odoo versions 11 to 17 (Community and Enterprise Edition). - Strong understanding of business processes, sales, and accounts. - Prior experience in Odoo implementation projects. - Quick learner with excellent planning and presentation skills. - Ability to influence customers to adapt business practices as needed. - Proficient in analysis, problem-solving, and managing client interactions. - Fluent in the English language.
