ERP Functional Consultant (Baan V or Infor LN) - IT

As an ERP Functional Consultant (Baan V / Infor LN) at Flex, your role involves collaborating with extraordinary teams to build great products and contribute to the company's growth. Here's what a typical day in your role would look like: - Create specifications for the development process and develop applications within BaanV/InforLN/Mule API. - Support developers in creating solutions based on requirements and specifications. - Assist developers with functional queries during the development phase of any Infor ERP solutions. - Test and document software solutions to ensure proper functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. - Engage with business users to receive User acceptance documentation promptly. - Prepare process documentation of BaanV/Infor LN/Integration solutions. - Provide guidance to requestors on configuring the system to implement solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues/requests arising from LN/Baan application. - Conduct AS-IS & TO-BE analysis of Infor LN/Baan5 solutions requiring development. - Offer problem-solving capability and support for documented solutions within the Infor ERP space. - Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, including pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules, governance procedures, and post-implementation support. - Arrange and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within or across peers. The experience we are looking to add to our team includes: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in ERP and 2-3 years of experience in Baan / Infor LN. - Good knowledge of InforLN/Baan5 logistics modules (Order Management/Warehousing/Planning/Procurement/Finance). - Experience in Integration testing between ERP & Middleware. - Experience in ERP as an end user or consultant. - Writing functional specifications for the development of Baan5/InforLN finance solutions. - Testing solutions (unit & regression). - Troubleshooting ERP anomalies and process issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences. - Self-teaching ability and a desire to continuously learn. - Aptitude in understanding both the business and IT sides in problem-solving. - Day shift timings available (8am-5pm / 11am-8pm).
