Job Title: ERP Coordinator – Construction (Highrise Projects)

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Information Technology / Project Controls / ERP

Reports to: ERP Manager / IT Manager / Project Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ERP Coordinator with experience in

managing and supporting ERP systems used in the construction industry, particularly for

Highrise projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating ERP implementation

and optimization efforts, managing data integrity, supporting end-users, and aligning ERP

functionalities with construction workflows such as project planning, procurement, inventory,

finance, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

● ERP Implementation & Support:

○ Lead or support the implementation of construction ERP systems (preferably

Highrise, or similar like SalesForce, Strategic ERP, or SAP Construction).

○ Liaise between ERP vendors, project teams, and internal departments to ensure

ERP systems meet business needs.

○ Configure ERP modules related to project budgeting, procurement, billing,

contracts, HR, etc.

● User Training & Support:

○ Conduct ERP training sessions for project managers, engineers, procurement

officers, and finance teams.

○ Provide day-to-day support to ERP users, ensuring smooth operations and issue

resolution.

● Process Improvement:

○ Analyze current business workflows and propose process improvements using

ERP tools.

○ Recommend and implement system enhancements or module customizations to

increase efficiency.

● Data Management & Reporting:

○ Ensure accuracy and consistency of ERP data across modules (e.g., project

costing, inventory, subcontractor billing).

○ Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support project tracking and

management decision-making.

● Compliance & Documentation:

○ Ensure ERP processes comply with company policies, construction regulations,

and audit standards.

○ Maintain documentation of workflows, customizations, and SOPs.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering,

or related field.

● 2+ years of experience working with construction ERP systems, with preference for

Highrise ERP or equivalent platforms.

● Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, including budgeting,

scheduling, procurement, and cost control.

● Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, user support, and report generation.

● Familiarity with financial and operational aspects of construction projects.

● Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally between IT, project

teams, and management.

● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a

plus.

Preferred Skills:

● Project management certification.

● Familiarity with document control and DMS systems.

● Experience integrating ERP with external systems (e.g., BIM, payroll, or accounting

software).
