ERP Application Support Analyst

Role Overview: As a First-Level Support Specialist for Odoo ERP, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming support requests, address issues promptly, and ensure timely resolution. You will also be assisting in configuring Odoo modules based on user needs and business requirements. Additionally, you will be troubleshooting system issues, documenting solutions, conducting user training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support by addressing incoming requests related to Odoo ERP - Assist in configuring Odoo modules according to user needs and business requirements - Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users - Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices - Conduct training sessions to ensure effective usage of the software - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and drive continuous improvements - Regularly monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and suggest enhancements for better user experience - Assist in system upgrades, module updates, and testing of new features - Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and functional guidance as needed - Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications Qualifications Required: - Experience range from fresher to 1+ years - Job location in Surat (Work from Office) (Note: Benefits include Provident Fund.
