ERP Administrator - SAP B1 Technical

Actylis seeks an ERP Administrator - SAP B1 Technical to provide technical support in ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for ERP configuration, problem resolution, testing, training, and documentation - Collaborate with in-house support team for business process development - Liaise with business and technical staff for ERP software and database issue resolution - Develop test scenarios and monitor testing activities - Perform modifications and knowledge of end-to-end business processes - Maintain SQL/HANA backups and provide user support for SAP queries - Develop and deploy reports using Crystal Reports in SAP B1 - Customize and develop reports in Excel Report, Crystal Report, PLDs, Query Print Layouts - Write SQL queries and store procedures - Migrate data using Data Transfer Workbench - Create UDF, UDT, FMS as per user requirements - Configure auto mail and provide user training - Handle other IT-related tasks Qualifications Required: - Education: Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience Additional Company Details: Actylis offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for challenge and growth, making it an ideal place to work and thrive.
