Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement ER strategies. Conduct a thorough study and take appropriate measures to ensure a union-free environment and no work stoppages. Develop a robust network to pre-empt ER matter and take preventive actions to avoid the same. Formulate and administer policies in discussion with management to ensure harmonious relations between management and workers. Manage all compliance and various legal inspections and liaise with govt. officials. Be abreast of changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions, court etc. Set up Grievance /dispute resolution mechanism to address employee issues and ensures the amicable settlement of disputes. Investigations and disciplinary processes Skills and Competencies Strong communicator and a keen listener to facilitate interaction and influence outcomes. Keen understanding of business dynamics and their impact. Strong executive presence. Good in MS Office, MIS and system working. Result-oriented, persevering, and adaptable. Team working and connecting on the ground. Qualification and Experience Postgraduate diploma/degree in the area of Human Resources/Employee Relations. Knowledge of local languages will be highly preferred. Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders . Handling a huge employee base will be an added advantage.
