Job Description

Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the erection and dismantling of aluminium formwork systems at project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute aluminium formwork erection as per drawings and project schedules.
Supervise site teams and ensure correct installation, alignment, and leveling of formwork.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Design teams for smooth execution.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety standards and quality of formwork assembly.
Troubleshoot onsite issues related to formwork fitting, panels, and alignment.
Ensure proper dismantling, handling, and storage of aluminium formwork materials.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers.
Train and guide technicians and helpers on proper installation methods.
