Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree: A bachelor's degree in chemical, civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering is typically required.
• Experience: Relevant experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various water and wastewater treatment processes, including filtration, disinfection, and chemical treatment.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding and commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
