Job Description

Location:

Job Purpose

highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Cost of Sales (COS) Computation & Reporting:

Work with Supply Chain & Operations to obtain inventory-related data.
Prepare COS reports and book entries in ERP for accurate reporting.

Advertising Contribution & Revenue Entries:

Record and analyse advertising contribution entries based on revenue.
Process additional marketing contribution entries in line with policies.

Financial Analysis:

Analyse key cost components (Labor, Semi-variable, Fixed costs, Advertising).
Identify trends, variances, and provide insights for cost optimization.

Equity Store P&L Preparation:

Prepare accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for equity stores.
Highlight key performance metrics for management review.

Audit & Compliance Support:

Provide data for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and audit requirements.

Impairment Testing & Reporting:

Prepare impairment testing data monthly (US & local accounting standards).
Submit reports to Finance Planning Team/CFO.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (
CA preferred
).
4+ years’ experience
in financial analysis, accounting, or cost management (restaurant, retail, or FMCG preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Cost Analysis, P&L, Financial Reconciliation
.
Experience with
ERP JD Edwards
and reporting tools.
Advanced MS Excel
skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial modelling).
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a
fast-paced, cross-functional environment
.
