Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting client engagements and strategic decisions through comprehensive financial analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting financial analysis, modeling, costing, budgeting, and forecasting. - Building and maintaining robust financial models to evaluate business performance. - Identifying cost optimization opportunities and recommending operational improvements. - Analyzing complex financial data to provide actionable insights. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact client projects. - Creating and presenting compelling, client-tailored financial reports and dashboards. - Leading and mentoring a small team to ensure project alignment and success. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or certification like CFA/CA preferred). - 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or consulting. - Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling tools. - Excellent communication skills for client presentations. - Willingness to work in Surat and travel locally as needed.
