Role Overview: As an Equity Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, evaluating market trends, and providing investment recommendations to support management in their equity-related decision-making processes. Your role will involve gathering and evaluating securities data, analyzing company financial reports, and contributing to initial public offerings (IPOs) by determining stock value, capitalization, and target price. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and presenting investment reports to the financial manager and investment team, monitoring industry trends, and preparing internal and external investment reports. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough financial analysis and evaluate market trends - Gather and evaluate securities data - Scrutinize company financial reports to assess market performance - Contribute to initial public offerings (IPOs) by determining stock value, capitalization, and target price - Develop and present investment reports to the financial manager and investment team - Provide expert guidance on securities transactions - Monitor industry and market trends for potential investment opportunities - Stay informed about the latest industry developments such as company sales and mergers - Prepare comprehensive internal investment reports and external reports for public dissemination Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Finance, CA, Inter CA, MBA, or related field - Fresh CA graduates are encouraged to apply - Solid understanding of fundamentals and due diligence in financial analysis Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.,
