Job Title: Research Analyst — Equity (Technical + Fundamental)

About: Shree Sharda Enterprises (family office) is building a small research desk. We need a hands-on analyst who reads charts, generates trade ideas, and supports investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities (short):
1. Daily market watch & trade ideas (technical setups + brief rationale).
2. Charting: price action, RSI/MACD, EMAs, Fib, support/resistance.
3. Basic fundamental checks and concise research notes.
4. Maintain watchlist, backtest simple strategies, present findings to principals.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years in equity research / prop desk / trading or exceptional fresher with strong charting record.
2. Proficient with TradingView//Excel. Good communication (Hindi/English).
