Job Description

The role involves conducting telecalling activities to engage potential clients and acquire new clients. You will be required to have knowledge about the account opening process, and training will be provided to support you in this area. Client follow-up will be a key aspect of the role to ensure client satisfaction and retention. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to achieve 2 times the revenue target set on a monthly basis. Cross-selling of mutual funds and insurance products will also be part of your duties to maximize client engagement and revenue generation. This is a full-time position with day shift schedules. In addition to the base salary, you will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses based on your achievements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in tele sales, with a total work experience of 1 year preferred. Knowledge of capital market operations is required for this role. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred for effective communication with clients. The work location will be in person, requiring your physical presence at the office for day-to-day operations.,
