Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional with a strong background in equity and derivatives dealing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in achieving at least 4X of revenue targets and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on investments in Equity and Derivative markets. Execute trade orders on behalf of clients. Achieve and exceed revenue and brokerage targets. Drive new client acquisition and expand the client base. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Educate clients about market trends, investment opportunities, and trading platforms. Requirements: Minimum 10+2+3 years of education (Mandatory). NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification (Mandatory). Proven track record of achieving at least 4X revenue targets. Currently managing or keen interest in client acquisition/sales. Strong communication and advisory skills.
