Job Summary As an Equity Dealer, you will be responsible for executing trades in the stock market on behalf of clients. You will monitor market conditions, and identify opportunities for growth with strong analytical skills and deep equity trading expertise. Key Responsibilities · Execute equity trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. · Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports. · Work closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to trading guidelines. · Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns. · Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and tailoring solutions accordingly. · Stay updated on market regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Qualifications · 12th/Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. · Proven experience as an Equity Dealer or a similar role. · Sound knowledge of financial markets, equity broking products. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to multitask and work under pressure. · Attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions. · Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or NCFM will be an added advantage. Skills · In-depth understanding of stock markets and equity trading. · Strong knowledge of financial products and investment instruments. · Excellent knowledge of regulations and compliance in the financial industry. · Proficient in using financial software and trading platforms. · Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. · Ability to work effectively in a team. · Attention to detail and accuracy in executing trades. · Strong problem-solving skills.
