Job Overview

We are hiring a Fresher Equity Dealer to join our Equity Trading Team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a keen interest in the stock market and are looking to start their career in the financial services industry. The dealer will assist in executing equity trades, supporting clients, and coordinating with internal teams under proper guidance and training.

Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation with basic stock market knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity buy/sell orders for clients under supervision
• Assist clients with basic trade-related queries
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams
• Monitor market movements and stock prices
• Maintain accurate trade records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and exchange regulations
• Provide timely updates to clients as guided by seniors

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
• Basic understanding of the stock market and equity trading
• Strong interest in financial markets
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the equity trading domain
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, trading terminals preferred)

Work Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:50 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sat: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
