Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Key Result Areas:

• Client Acquisition:

  Source and on-board "Large Trader" clients with high margins. Participate in Local Area Programs (LAP) for lead generation.

• Revenue Generation:

  Achieve brokerage targets (Revenue = 5x of Fixed CTC) and margin collection targets.

• Trade Execution:

  Handle trading terminals (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX) and execute orders accurately as per client requests.

• Client Activation:

  Facilitate the migration of offline clients to online platforms (Mobile App/Browser) and reactivate dormant accounts.

• Cross-Selling:

  Identify financial needs and sell third-party products, including Life/Health Insurance and Mutual Funds.

Compliance & Risk:

• Ensure 100% adherence to

  SEBI and Exchange

  mandates (Pre-order conversations/tagging).
• Zero tolerance for unauthorized trades; 100% adherence to Deal Desk processes.
• Confirm all trades by end-of-day on voice logger lines.

Technical Skills Required:

• Mandatory

  NISM VIII Series

  Certification (Capital Markets/Derivatives).
• Proficiency in

  ODIN, NEAT, BOLT, or OMNESYS

  .
• Strong understanding of market volatility, options, and technical research.

Preferred candidate profile

• Certification:

  Must possess a valid

  NISM VIII

  certification.

• Trader Mindset:

  Proven track record of handling high-volume traders and maintaining high-margin collections (target of 45L margins/year).

• Adaptability:

  Ability to convert traditional "Offline" traders into "Online" users through training and hand-holding.

• Meticulousness:

  High accuracy in order execution under volatile market conditions to prevent positional losses.

• Communication:

  Superior verbal skills to disseminate research calls and handle trade confirmations on recorded lines.
