Equipment Maintenance Technician – Mechanical

• Hands on experience CNC machines – like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc
• Hands on experience in Fabrication machines – like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine ( TIG & MIG ),Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.
• knowledge in Hydrostatic and Hydraulic systems,
• Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance
• Suggest for Spare parts planning through Preventive maintenance.
• Support external service execution.
• Closing internal & external maintenance orders
• Suggest in maintenance planning.
• Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment as per check list.
• Basic Knowledge of Nuclear Safety.
• Understanding of EHS requirements.
• Be familiar with the emergency procedures.
• Understanding of EHS process for LOTO, Confined Spaces, Work at Height, Electrical Safety.

Basic Qualifications(requirements):

• ITI In Mechanical with 4+ Years’ Experience
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system
• Knowledge of Fabrication Equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic System in machines.
