Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E&Q Commerce & Shiprocket Operations Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves - 1. Managing daily eCommerce operations, 2. Managing daily Quick Commerce Operations 3. Managing daily Shiprocket Operations 4. Data Entry 5. Communicating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow and process improvements.
